Sweet and sour soup - Mother's Formula

Woke up this morning, as usual, I rushed to do everything from brushing your teeth, wash your face before dressing for work. But maybe everything ingrained in everyday of my life. Today is Sunday, so down, I lay down on the bed and then get up to start a new day. Today I will cook new dishes, I would not name it but now we started going to the supermarket.

Today supermarkets also crowded. I also selected the ingredients to cook today. Now I will list the ingredients:
- Water spinach, Tomato, Sprouts and Scallions
- "Mẻ" maybe replaced with sour tamarind, fish sauce, salt and MSG(monosodium glutamate).

Come on, now I'll handle cooking ingredients.

First, I'll wash water spinach, tomatoes, sprouts and scallions. Short picked water spinach, sliced tomatoes, scallions remove roots and finely chopped.
Boil water with tamarind when water was sour, i picked out tamarind.

Next, I put water spinach in pot water sour, for on a spoon fish sauce and some salt. Tomatoes on, don't boil too long, fire off and add salt, MSG to fit the taste. Add scallions and sprouts on.

Finally, ladle soup into bowls and enjoy. Using hot will taste better. Mother taught me to cook this dish, it contains memories between me and my mother. And you?
